The races will occur on RDC Main Campus – registrations can be picked up at Registration Tent located Near  Parking lot B  which is just East of the RDC MAIN Soccer Field adjacent to the Start Finish line  of all the Races

Course Description

Mens Course 

  Note: The men’s course consists of two loops of four kilometers each.

Start/Finish - The start finish is located on the east side of the track adjacent to the paved path that runs in a SW/NE direction.

0 - 130 meters - Start line to the base of the first incline. Wide open field.  Course gradually narrows from a wide start line.

130 - 400 meters - Series of up and down hills.  Maximum altitude gain is approximately 15 meters.  Can be quite technical in certain locations.

400 - 570 meters - Quite flat.

570 - 1060 meters - Trail running.  Passing is a bit more difficult but can be executed.

1060 - 1410 meters - More of an open area on grass. Course runs beside the back paved road of the college. Excellent area to pass.  Also, an excellent area for coaches and spectators.

1410 - 1640 meters - Open area around retention pond.

1640 - 1750 meters - Gravel trail

1750 - 1780 meters - Cement bridge (will be covered with carpet)

1780 - 3360 meters - Trail running.  Passing is quite easy in most areas.  Note: At 3260 meters runners will encounter a sharp 10 meter downhill with a right turn at the bottom.  Caution should be exercised.

3360 - 3490 meters - Grass area beside a paved running path. Runners will be restricted to the grass by a barrier.  Grass has a slight slope to the left.

3490 - 3870 meters - Same series of roller coaster hills encountered near the start.

3870 - 4000 meters - Flat open area

4000 meters - Turn around marker

4000 - 8000 meters - Repeat of 0 - 4000 meters

8000 meters - Finish

 Note: The women’s course starts and proceeds to the 400 meter mark, then follows two loops around the creek.  After the second loop the racers return to the finish area

2060 - 2780 meters - Trail running.  Passing is quite easy in most areas.  Note: At 2730 meters runners will encounter a sharp 10 meter downhill with a right turn at the bottom.  Caution should be exercised.

2780 - 2930 meters - Grass area beside a paved running path. Runners will be restricted to the grass by a barrier.  Grass has a slight slope to the left.

2930 - 5600 meters - Repeat of 400 meters to 2930 meters

5600 - 6000 meters - Same series of roller coaster hills encountered near the start.

6000 meters - Finish

Entry Fees

  • $10 per runner for race only

Registration Process and Deadline

  • All Runners, including ACAC Institutions, must register via the link provided below no later than 12:00pm (noon) on September 29th
  • Registration are not refundable.
  • Race day registration WILL NOT BE available.
  • Race package pickup on site beginning at 8:00am.
