26 RDC Student-Athletes Receive the CCAA Scholar-Athlete Award

26 RDC Student-Athletes received the CCAA Scholar-Athlete Award for their exceptional performance in the classroom and on the field of competition. Student-athletes must secure a combined GPA of 3.5 or greater over two semesters while competing for an CCAA institution.

“Academics are always at the forefront of our messaging to our student-athletes” said RDC Athletic Director, Diane St-Denis. “While we take great pride in our success on the field in competition, academic success is the most important measure of our success as a post-secondary institution. We are extremely proud of our scholar-athlete recipients, as well as the additional 72 student-athletes who received the RDC Academic Excellence Award for having achieved a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
